Job Description:
Latitude Health Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team in Brampton, ON. If you have a background in retail sales, strong organizational skills, and a passion for leading and motivating a team, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Assign duties to sales workers and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Authorize returns of merchandise according to company policies.
- Establish work schedules to optimize staffing levels.
- Actively engage in selling merchandise and providing excellent customer service.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising efforts, and personnel matters.
- Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Resolve any customer complaints and address supply shortages promptly.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales workers to achieve store objectives.
