Overview:
Mapleland Enterprises Inc is hiring a Sales Supervisor for their location in Burnaby, BC. The position involves assigning sales workers to duties, hiring and training staff, ordering merchandise, authorizing returns, preparing reports, organizing and maintaining inventory, and supervising and coordinating activities of workers. The candidate does not require a degree, certificate, or diploma and should have 1 to less than 7 months of experience.
Responsibilities (Tasks):
- Assign sales workers to duties.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff.
- Order merchandise.
- Authorize the return of merchandise.
- Establish work schedules.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.
