Overview:
THE UPS STORE in Calgary, AB, is currently seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to join their team. This is a full-time position with permanent employment. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating store activities, handling customer inquiries, managing inventory, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities:
Your tasks as a Retail Store Supervisor may include:
- Authorize payments by cheque
- Authorize the return of merchandise
- Establish work schedules
- Sell merchandise
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of workers
Supervision: This position involves supervising 1 to 2 people.
