Overview:
FasGas Plus is currently seeking Retail Store Supervisors to join their team in Smith, AB. This is a full-time position with permanent employment. The selected candidates will be responsible for supervising sales workers, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the smooth operation of the retail store.
Responsibilities:
As a Retail Store Supervisor, your tasks may include:
- Assigning sales workers to duties
- Hiring and training staff or arranging for their training
- Establishing work schedules
- Preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Organizing and maintaining inventory
- Resolving problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- Supervising and co-ordinating activities of workers
Experience and Qualifications:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
- Work conditions: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure
