Overview:
MDF Mechanical Limited is looking for a Refrigeration Mechanic Helper to join their team in Brampton, Ontario. The Refrigeration Mechanic Helper will assist refrigeration mechanics with various tasks related to installation, maintenance, and repair work. The responsibilities include moving tools, equipment, and materials, holding stakes during surveying activities, signaling safety procedures to other workers and the public, and performing miscellaneous laboring activities as directed.
Requirements:
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required. Training will be provided.
- Experience: Will train candidates who show interest and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Move tools, equipment, and other materials
- Hold stakes during surveying activities
- Signal safety procedures to other workers and the general public
- Perform miscellaneous laboring activities to assist tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed
- Clean machines and immediate work areas
