The Office Administrator will be responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and implementing new administrative procedures. They will establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met. The role involves carrying out administrative activities for the establishment and coordinating and planning for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services. Additionally, the Office Administrator will assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. They will also oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

The Office Administrator’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Reviewing, evaluating, and implementing new administrative procedures.
