Overview:
ELLE NAILS, a nail salon located in Guelph, ON, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Nail Salon Manager to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position with flexible working hours, including day, evening, and morning shifts. The start date for this position is to be determined. As the Nail Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily salon operations, managing staff, controlling the budget and inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
As the Nail Salon Manager, your tasks will include:
- Establishing or implementing policies and procedures for staff
- Planning and controlling the budget and inventory
- Managing contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
- Hiring, training, and supervising staff
- Addressing customers’ complaints or concerns
- Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations
Supervision:
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people.
