Job Description:
Empire Ventures Food Corp is currently hiring Food Service Attendants to join our team in Midland, ON. As a Food Service Attendant, your responsibilities will include bringing clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas, setting tables, clearing and cleaning tables, replenishing condiments and supplies, packaging take-out food, serving customers at counters or buffet tables, and performing various food preparation tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables.
- Carry and replace linen.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
- Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
- Keep records of the quantities of food used.
- Package take-out food and portion and wrap foods.
- Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.
- Serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars.
- Take customers’ orders.
- Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience is not mandatory as we are willing to provide training.
