Job Description:
Twenty Two Taphouse is seeking talented and experienced Cooks to join our team in Sechelt, BC. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, planning menus, determining the size of food portions, estimating food requirements and costs, and monitoring and ordering supplies. You will also have the opportunity to train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling, ensuring high-quality food and service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
- Plan menus, determine the size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies.
- Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling.
- Clean kitchen and work areas.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
