Overview:

Real Fruit Bubble Tea INC. is currently hiring a Beverage Service Manager for their location in North York, ON. This is a full-time permanent position with a salary ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour (to be negotiated). The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the beverage service, ensuring efficient and high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities:
As a Beverage Service Manager, your tasks may include:

• Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations
• Determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures
• Balancing cash and completing balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
• Conducting performance reviews
• Organizing and maintaining inventory
• Monitoring revenues and modifying procedures and prices as needed
• Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed
• Developing, implementing, and analyzing budgets
• Participating in marketing plans and their implementation
• Setting staff work schedules and monitoring staff performance
• Addressing customers’ complaints or concerns
• Providing excellent customer service
• Recruiting, training, and supervising staff

Experience and Qualifications:

• College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
• 2 years to less than 3 years of related experience
