Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Officer, your tasks may include:
- Assisting with administrative duties and day-to-day operations.
- Handling office tasks such as managing files, preparing documents, and responding to emails.
- Coordinating meetings and appointments, and maintaining schedules.
- Assisting in maintaining office supplies and inventory.
- Providing support to management and other team members as required.
- Handling and addressing inquiries from clients and customers.
- Assisting in preparing reports and maintaining records.
Requirements:
Education:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
