Overview:
BOMBAY SPICES is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join their team as a Warehouse Supervisor in Moncton, NB. This is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly wage.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Establishing work schedules and procedures.
- Coordinating activities with other work units or departments.
- Preparing and submitting reports.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
- Arranging for maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Resolving work-related problems.
- Recruiting and hiring staff.
- Training workers in duties and policies.
- Arranging training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Coordinating, assigning, and reviewing work to ensure efficiency and productivity.
