Job Posting: Janitor
AR Building Maintenance Ltd., located in Surrey, BC, is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Janitors. We have two full-time positions available, offering 30 to 40 hours per week with an hourly wage of $23.10. Whether you have experience or not, we are willing to train the right candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain cleanliness
- Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse
- Empty trash cans and other waste containers regularly
- Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings for a clean environment
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to maintain hygiene standards
- Work with minimal supervision to efficiently complete tasks
- Clear snow and ice from walkways and parking areas during winter months
