Overview:
2103162 Alberta Ltd, operating as Cinnaholic, is hiring a Food Service Supervisor to join their team. The position involves supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and serve food. The candidate should have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a fast-food outlet or concession.
Responsibilities (Tasks):
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
- Ensure food service and quality control.
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- Establish work schedules.
Supervision:
- Food service counter attendants and food preparers
- Staff in various areas of responsibility
