Overview:
Nagano Japanese Restaurant is currently seeking a Kitchen Helper to join their team in Coquitlam, BC. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of $16.75 per hour. The Kitchen Helper will be responsible for various kitchen duties, including washing dishes, cleaning and sanitizing items, stocking refrigerators, and assisting with food preparation.
Responsibilities:
As a Kitchen Helper at Nagano Japanese Restaurant, your tasks may include:
- Cleaning and sanitizing items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
- Operating dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
- Stocking refrigerators and salad bars.
- Removing kitchen garbage and trash.
- Sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors.
- Washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit.
Requirements:
Education:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience:
- Willing to train.
