M-Wood Kitchen is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager in Scarborough, ON. If you have a strong background in sales, leadership, and strategic planning, we invite you to apply and contribute to our growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Arrange training programs for staff members to enhance their skills.
- Conduct performance reviews for team members.
- Oversee payroll administration and manage related processes.
- Plan and control the budget and expenditures for the sales department.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the sales team.
- Determine strategic planning related to new product lines and market expansion.
- Establish organizational policies and procedures relevant to sales operations.
- Lead the sales team in building strong relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.
- Organize and manage regional and divisional sales operations.
- Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments across various establishments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales and management.
