Job Description:
Richcopter Inc. is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Factory Maintenance Technician to join our team in Drummondville, QC. If you have a strong background in maintenance and repairs, particularly in heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and are capable of working independently, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems; contact tradespersons for major repairs if needed.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance of the establishment by contacting contractors.
- Perform minor repairs on appliances.
- Conduct safety and security checks.
- Supervise other workers as necessary.
- Assist in moving heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair.
- Work with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
- Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years or more of relevant experience.
- Experience in concrete finishing and carpet, floor, and tile work is beneficial.
Equipment:
- Proficiency with power tools.
Work Conditions:
- Handling heavy loads.
- Physically demanding tasks.
- Bending, crouching, kneeling.
- Weight handling up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
