Job Description:
A & Sons Corporation is looking for an experienced and dedicated Store Manager to lead our retail team at our Dryden, ON location. If you have a passion for retail management, exceptional leadership skills, and a goal-oriented mindset, we invite you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Manage staff and assign duties to create an efficient and productive work environment.
- Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, keeping customers’ needs in mind.
- Source, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring a diverse and appealing inventory.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Plan budgets, monitor revenues, and control expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
- Handle and resolve issues that arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations.
