Responsibilities:
Em-Em Cleaning Services Inc is seeking a dedicated and motivated Cleaner Supervisor to join our team in Edmonton, AB. As a Cleaner Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and cleanliness standards of our facilities. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of cleaning staff, inspecting sites or facilities, receiving payment for specialized cleaning jobs, assisting cleaners in performing duties, coordinating work activities with other departments, and establishing work schedules.
Tasks:
- Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
- Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
- Assist cleaners in performing duties.
- Co-ordinate work activities with other departments.
- Establish work schedules.

1 to 2 people
