Job Description:
Bhangu6 Enterprises LTD. is currently seeking a Food Service Supervisor to join our team in Surrey, BC. As the Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning. You will estimate and order ingredients and supplies, ensuring food service and quality control. Maintaining records of stock, sales, and wastage is also part of your duties.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for food service.
- Ensure the quality control of food items served.
- Maintain records of stock, sales, and wastage.
- Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres.
- Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys.
- Establish work schedules for staff.
Requirements:
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in the food service industry.
