The University of Guelph is seeking an Assistant Professor to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry and possess 3 years to less than 5 years of relevant experience.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Conduct research in their field of specialization.
- Direct research programs of graduate students.
- Prepare, administer, and grade assigned work.
- Serve on faculty committees dealing with research, budgets, curriculum planning and requirements, and staffing.
- Teach one or more university subjects.
The candidate should possess the following certificates, licenses, memberships, and courses:
- Provincial or territorial license (relevant to their field of specialization).
