Overview:
MONTROSE PHARMACY is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join their team in Abbotsford, BC. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of $32.70 per hour. The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, implementing price and credit policies, developing marketing strategies, and overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy.
Responsibilities:
As the Pharmacy Manager at MONTROSE PHARMACY, your tasks may include:
- Managing staff and assigning duties.
- Determining merchandise and services to be sold.
- Implementing price and credit policies.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Determining staffing requirements.
- Resolving problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
- Recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff and/or volunteers.
Requirements:
Education:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a pharmacy or drugstore setting.
Supervision:
- 3-4 people.
