Overview:
Spasation Salon & Spa is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Edmonton, AB. This is a full-time position with permanent employment. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and appointments, recording minutes of meetings, establishing office procedures, and other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Assistant, your tasks may include:

• Arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and events
• Recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
• Determining and establishing office procedures and routines
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Answering and relaying telephone calls and messages
• Compiling data, statistics, and other information
• Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
• Arranging travel itineraries and making reservations
• Greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas

Experience and Qualifications:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required
• Willing to train candidates without prior experience

Computer and Technology Knowledge:

• MS Office
• Electronic mail
