Office Administrator – Browns Automotive

Salary: $30.00 hourly / 35 hours per week

Browns Automotive is currently seeking two Office Administrators to join our team in Calgary, AB. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and implementing new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, carrying out administrative activities of the establishment, assisting in the preparation of the operating budget, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience
